Terms of Use – ADGScribe

Your use of ADGScribe, an AI-powered medical transcription platform offered by ADGTECH SOLUTIONS INC. (hereafter referred to as "ADGTECH"), is subject to the terms of a legal agreement between you and ADGTECH. These terms govern your access and use of the ADGScribe product, including its website, web-based dashboard, mobile access, APIs, and related services (collectively, "Services").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ADGScribe, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services. ADGTECH reserves the right to revise these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to the platform’s architecture, software, text, graphics, images, and features, is the exclusive property of ADGTECH. No portion of the platform may be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written permission from ADGTECH. ADGScribe is a registered product under ADGTECH SOLUTIONS INC.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use ADGScribe solely for lawful medical transcription purposes. Unauthorized use of the platform for illegal, unethical, or non-healthcare-related activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

You agree not to:

• Reproduce or resell access to ADGScribe
• Tamper with or disable features related to security or access control
• Reverse engineer or derive source code from the platform
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

4. Security and Compliance

ADGScribe complies with relevant privacy regulations including FOIPPA, HIPMA, and ATIPP. Data processed within the platform—including audio notes, transcriptions, and medical summaries—is encrypted using AES-256 and TLS 1.2+ protocols.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. ADGTECH does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all systems.

In no event shall ADGTECH be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

6. Feedback

All comments, suggestions, or feedback provided by you regarding ADGScribe shall become the property of ADGTECH. We reserve the right to use this feedback for improvement or marketing purposes without any compensation to you.

7. Termination

ADGTECH may suspend or terminate access to ADGScribe at any time if terms are violated or security is compromised.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the courts located in British Columbia.

9. Changes to Terms

ADGTECH reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Revisions will be posted on the website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of ADGScribe indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
